Tai Chi Sword and Saber

To start with, light wood or bamboo weapons are used for safety reasons. These weapon forms are lots of fun and are based on the same principles as the regular Wu-style Tai Chi form, so they will help you to improve your health, reduce stress and improve balance and posture.

Advanced Tai Chi

Learn to feel the Chi (Energy) which you will use to increase your feeling of meditation while performing the form, or to move people off balance in self defense.

Beginning Self Defense

Every movement of the Wu-Style Tai Chi form has a self-defense application. Learn these and both Single and Two-Hand Pushing Hands to defend yourself without using FORCE! Great for anyone, any age, any size, any gender..

Advanced Self Defense

Learn advance Self Defense applications with counter-moves, Two-Hand Pushing Hands and Moving Pushing Hands (with foot movements).

Tai Chi Flow

Flow the long Form and the Weapon Forms independently (like people do it in the park). Review, reinforce and clarify what you have learned previously. Great way for beginners to learn from advance students.

Beginning Qigong/ Chi Kung (Energy) and Stress Relief

Relax and Have Some Fun ! Improve your Health!

Henry will be teaching Relaxation Techniques (Qigong) that help to activate natural self-healing, restore energy, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and improve concentration. Feel the Chi (Energy), increase your inner strength and the feeling of meditation while performing the form.

1st & 3rd  Tuesdays 7:00 – 7:45 pm

Stress is on the rise and this can lead to a variety of health and emotional problems, as well as low energy.

The Qigong Stress Relief Class is also available as private lessons for individuals and small groups; at his center, offsite and corporate training events.

Tai Chi Wellness Center Policies

Student Rules of Honor

I will respect my teacher and other students in class.

I will practice 10,000 times or at least 15-20 minutes per day.

I understand that I am learning Wu Style Tai Chi and will practice this technique exclusively during my study with Master Cheng.

Wu Style Tai Chi should be painless. If I do experience pain, I will stop the exercise and inform my teacher.

If I am sick from an infectious illness, I will not attend class until I am well.

I will follow all requirements of the Wu Style Tai Chi contract I have signed.

Tai Chi Wellness Center Student Policies

I will wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. (No high heels or boots).

I will turn off my cell phone or pager during class.

I will pay the monthly dues at the beginning of each month.
