Many of us are spending more hours at our workplaces, under more stress. This can lead to increased muscle tension, headaches, and other physical ailments. Henry doesn’t believe in the old saying “no pain, no gain”. Everything he teaches is gentle to your body, but effective for fitness and stress reduction. Through Tai Chi and Qigong, Henry teaches that the connection between the mind and body is the ultimate method for finding balance in your life.

Frequently asked questions and answers
What’s the benefit of private lesson?
You can set goals and the focus of the lessons. The lessons will be tailored to your needs. Private lessons will increase your progress much faster than group lessons alone.
When is a private lesson (rather than small group) a better choice for a student?
Sometimes people suffering from anxiety, stress, lack of confidence and other health issues have never had a regular exercise routine. They feel uncomfortable being with a group of people. Taking private lessons will help with health issues while building confidence, reducing stress, and improving overall health and well being.
Do you have semi-private lessons (2 or 3) people?
Yes, couples, friends and family members can arrange for semi-private lessons.
How many classes per week should I attend?
The more classes you take, the more benefit to you. Depending upon your goals and fitness level, a minimum of two classes per week is recommended.
What are the chances of getting injured?
Tai Chi and Qigong are the fastest growing fitness and health maintenance activities in the U.S. This is due to the many benefits and the low risk of injury.
