Tai Chi Sword and Saber
To start with, light wood or bamboo weapons are used for safety reasons. These weapon forms are lots of fun and are based on the same principles as the regular Wu-style Tai Chi form, so they will help you to improve your health, reduce stress and improve balance and posture.

Advanced Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Energy)
Learn to feel the Chi (Energy) which you will use to increase your feeling of meditation while performing the form, or to move people off balance in self defense.

Beginning Self Defense
Every movement of the Wu-Style Tai Chi form has a self-defense application. Learn it and the One-Hand Pushing Hands to defend yourself without using FORCE! Great for anyone, any age, any size, any gender..

Advanced Tai Chi and

Learn advance Self Defense applications with counter-moves, Two-Hand Pushing Hands and Moving Pushing Hands (with foot movements).

Tai Chi Flow

Tai Chi Wellness Center Policies
Student Rules of Honor
I will respect my teacher and other students in class.
I will practice 10,000 times or at least 15-20 minutes per day.
I understand that I am learning Wu Style Tai Chi and will practice this technique exclusively during my study with Master Cheng.
Wu Style Tai Chi should be painless. If I do experience pain, I will stop the exercise and inform my teacher.
If I am sick from an infectious illness, I will not attend class until I am well.
I will follow all requirements of the Wu Style Tai Chi contract I have signed.

Tai Chi Wellness Center Student Policies
I will wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. (No high heels or boots).
I will turn off my cell phone or pager during class.
I will pay the monthly dues at the beginning of each month and bring my membership card to class.
